In the third quarter of 2018, this Office building, which was constructed in 2002, with production space (on the ground floor) and a total rental space of approx. 29,000 m², was sold to a special fund managed by UBS. The house is predominantly rented to a technology company (ASM) in the long term. Lütgen Breiholdt Immobilien was entrusted by the seller, a closed-end real estate fund of HGA Capital, with the sale in the form of a structured bidding process.
