In 2014, the office and business building in the center of Hamburg was sold to Hamburg-based Wegner Unternehmensgruppe. Following a comprehensive modernisation of the building, the Wegner business group used certain areas to establish their business headquarters (www.wegner.de).

Bomin Deutschland GmbH was the seller of this property. The transaction took place as a part of a joint operation with VÖLCKERS & CIE Immobilien GmbH.
