In the course of 2020 we were able to accompany the sale of an approx. 2,000 m² commercial property in Hamburg Hohenfelde. A positive building permit for an office/ commercial property with a gross floor area with 5,500 m² was available. The buyer is a consortium of a Hamburg project developer and a construction company.
