New ABC street is in the immediate vicinity of “Gänsemarkt” (goose market) in the heart of the Hamburg city centr,e in the middle of the “ABC district„ opposite the Marriot hotel. We successfully sold this beautiful building, built in 1904, in the 2nd quarter of 2017 to a family office on behalf of a Hamburg foundation.
