An Office building belonging to Accom Immobilien GmbH in Hanover, at 98 Buchholzer Straße (on Messeschnellweg), was sold in the second quarter of 2017. Accom is a leading German investor in real estate and also in the provision of services. Accom, working with institutional investors, acquires commercial real estate in German B cities with a strong "mittelstand", so-called "mittelstand cities". Risk categories are core+ and value add. The property commands around 15,600 square metres of office space, around 460 parking spaces and is fully let. The buyer was a German insurance company and Lütgen Breiholdt Immobilien operated as the sole mandatary for the seller throughout the disposal process.
